Itβs quick, high-protein, and tastes like a vacation, but fits perfectly into our couple wellness routine.
Hereβs what we use (makes 2 servings):
– 1/2 cup mango
– 1/2 cup pineapple
– 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
– Splash of orange juice (or water)
