  1. Okay idk if someone will answer this, but I baked a few batches of cookies recently (three different recipes) but they all got really hard after cooling off… what am I doing wrong? Does anyone know why that could be?

  2. Now you tell me! I am literally adding in the chocolate chips right now! Never browned the butter but I did add extra egg yolks, dark semi sweet and milk chocolate chopped up and also chocolate chips! Now to chill the dough. Then I make logs and wrap in parchment paper and freeze. Cut off and bake when I want!
