2lb Ground Beef (93% lean) – Ground Chicken or Turkey works great, too!
1 Large Onions Diced
1 TBSP Garlic Finely Chopped
1 TBSP Ginger Finely Grated
1/4 Cup Soy Sauce
1/4 Cup Sake
1 TBSP Toasted Sesame Oil
2-3 TBSP Maple Syrup (I used 3 TBSP)
2 TBSP Sriracha Hot Sauce
Handful Cilantro
1 tsp (or to taste) Salt
1/2 tsp Pepper
2 tsp Cornstarch mixed with 2 TBSP Water
