βœ”οΈ 500g Basa Fish (or any available fish)
βœ”οΈ 1 tsp Salt
βœ”οΈ 1 tsp Turmeric Powder
βœ”οΈ 1 tbsp Lemon Juice

πŸ”Έ For Cooking:
βœ”οΈ 2 tbsp Butter (Use Desi Ghee for a richer flavor)
βœ”οΈ 2 Medium Onions (Finely Chopped)
βœ”οΈ 2 Medium Tomatoes (Pureed)
βœ”οΈ 2 Garlic Cloves (Crushed)
βœ”οΈ 1-inch Ginger (Grated)
βœ”οΈ 1 tsp Red Chili Powder
βœ”οΈ 1 tsp Kashmiri Red Chili Powder (for color)
βœ”οΈ 1 tsp Cumin Powder
βœ”οΈ 1 tsp Coriander Powder
βœ”οΈ Β½ tsp Black Pepper Powder
βœ”οΈ Β½ tsp Garam Masala
βœ”οΈ Fresh Coriander Leaves for garnish

🍳 Step-by-Step Cooking Process:
1️⃣ Marination of Fish
πŸ‘‰ Take 500g Basa fish (or any other fish of your choice).
πŸ‘‰ Add 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp turmeric powder, and 1 tbsp lemon juice.
πŸ‘‰ Mix everything well and let it marinate for 15-20 minutes.

2️⃣ Frying the Fish
πŸ‘‰ Heat 2 tbsp butter in a pan.
πŸ‘‰ Add the marinated fish pieces and fry on high flame until golden brown.

5️⃣ Adding Fish to the Masala
πŸ‘‰ Now, place the fried fish pieces into the masala.
πŸ‘‰ Add ΒΌ cup water if needed and cover the pan.
