    Ingredients
    ½ cup – Papaya (ripe)

    ½ cup – Carrot (chopped/steamed)

    1 tsp – Jaggery powder

    1 tsp – Chia seeds (soaked 5 mins)

    ½ tsp – Lemon juice

    1 cup – Water / Coconut water

    Instructions

    1. Add papaya, carrot, jaggery, chia seeds, and water to a blender.

    2. Blend until smooth.

    3. Pour into a glass, mix in lemon juice, and serve fresh.
