Mam Thanks For the recipe but we should not use milk with fruit as per ayurveda it's not suggested mixing both and even curd is not allowed with milk but out side juice shops and even at home everyone prepares milk shakes but it's not correct. Your prepared smoothie recipe is fine with out adding milk to it. 🙏

We can add milk and curd together…weight loss depends on calories…
It depends on what diet plan you are taking the smoothie. I usually have it on my detox day , so it helps in weight loss. But my sister takes it on her weight gain diet plan.
Why don't you let the caption show the name of the kind of milk and other white thing you use
As par ayurved never mix milk and curd. Very bad for Health. Sorry to say but it can't be healthy.
