Matt, we met a week or so ago at our daughterβs volleyball practice. My Dad got a tumor cut out of his brain Wednesday the 26th of November . It is most likely cancer from his lung and he desperately wants to meet you. We live in Ennis and right down the road from Hachie. Is there ever a time you are at the store or shop just so he can shake your hand? He used to do bbq cook offs all over. Iβve met you and my brother in law has met you and he now just wants to meet cha. I know heβd love it
Unrelated to this video but… I just had to tell you I smoked a 10 pound prime rib for Thanksgiving using your recipe from a previous video of W-sause, Holycow, Garlic and Herb and it was FANTASTIC. Everyone one said it was the best seasoning combo they ever tasted! and I totally agree. Thanks a million Matt and Happy Holidays!
I like buffalo trace but itβs hard to find in my area, there is a store in Jasper Ga. That has some but not the larger bottles and definitely not a select bottle such as the one I saw being packaged. If anyone knows where a store is in that area please let me know
My brother goes there once a year to do this for the restaurant heβs GM of. They get bottles of all the hard ones to get. How I tried Pappy 15. I still want to try William Larue Weller. Iβve had a few bottles of Full Proof

One of my favorite desserts is a fine bourbon paired with some amazing artisanal chocolates. This was my final course about 30 years ago at Mark Miller's Coyote Cafe. Amazing.
Loved this video! I wouldn't consider myself a connoisseur but I love Bourbon being a Kentucky native. I see that steam rolling on a daily basis. If you see a little black fungus in my videos, you will be able to guess where I live pretty accurately.
