Hi everyone! Hope this was helpful for anyone trying GLP or just trying to incorporate more raw foods. Feel free to leave questions and comments below, and I'll try to answer any I can!
Suppose you cant eat cruitious vegges?
Where did you buy the book
Outstanding!!
Super clear and informative, speaking as someone who is already familiar.
A couple thoughts: add text to read flax and chia is ground in earlier part of video; check if Dr G suggests getting blood levels of Vit b and D prior to taking; mention or add text indicating salt and iodine needs; include nutritional yeast somewhere, as this is a B source. Or, simply say at the outset that it’s not fully comprehensive and direct people to Dr Gs sources for full info?
Again, appreciate the clarity and inspiration!
Fork over knives doctors and Goldner saved my life and my mom 💪
Those outtakes, though! 😂😅So cute!
Silly carnivore trolls😂
Thank you for making this video 👍😍🤗.
You really made it look easy!
Hello, thank you for posting this video. It was so helpful. I am currently doing doctor G, g l p. I have the book Read it and just recently purchased the new. Uh , hello , delicious Book. There was a couple things I was confused about. And you cleared them up in this video so thanks again, post more if you think it's something that we could benefit from. I enjoyed it ❤
So much really helpful information! Thank you
Can you mom make me some slippers?😮
What a great video! You are so articulate and I felt like you proactively answered SO many questions!
What I eat….grass fed meat, eggs, fish, butter, Not that green sludge
What about grains and legumes? Since those are cooked foods, can they be included in AIP?
Great presentation and well explained ❤
Thanks for interesting Video, especially for peopele the speak not enough english. ❤
What does it look like after healing, can you eat cooked food again, as Dr. Michael Greger recommends? Can you eat sprouts instead of legumes, e.g. Kucherbeswn, azuki beans etc.?
You do an excellent job of explaining the differences in Dr G’s protocols! I have been on HN since May 2023. Just ordered her cookbook too so I can’t wait to try the recipes!
This is great! Thanks for this video. Made the cauliflower smoothie today because of your video and it was really good!
Thank you. Really enjoyed watching this.
I found out about Dr. Goldner probably 3 or 4 months ago. I am interested primarily in trying her smoothies. But I still intend to get her newest book to make some of the recipes featured in it. I'm glad your video showed up in my recommendations. Oh @12:43 is that called the crow pose? I am pretty sure I've seen it done before but I'm not sure about the name.
Hi how long have you been following this protocol and have you noticed any improvements? Thank you
Nice video! Does Dr Goldner say anything about not having soy milk ?
I was curious about how it would fall nutritionally as far as calories so thanks for including that! And it is definitely hard to do a raw day when it’s this cold😅
Hi, thank you for a really helpful video. I'm new to Dr Goldner's protocols and although I've just read both her protocol books, I'm still not sure about certain foods. Could you possibly clarify? Can you eat the following on any of her protocols: salt; maple syrup/raw honey; gluten free grains eg oats, buckwheat etc and pulses. Thank you for any advice. Shelley (UK)
I am very familiar with Dr. G’s protocol – your video was a very informative, entertaining and accurate recap. I hope a lot of people see it and learn from you.
great video thank you.
Thanks for doing this video. It is very helpful for those of us who are trying to go raw. Please do more
We have the same hair!
Why you follow dr diet for any reason or treatment
I don't eat vegetables or fruits, seems to work well with only meat so I won't change.
Is it the fructose in fruit that slows healing? Would limes be ok?
Great video
I love Dr. G and her hubby. Your video was excellent! Thank you!
Wow! This was super helpful! Thank you so much and I love the leg warmers your mom made 🤩
