what I got to eat today while marathon training! #whatieatinaday #foodie #dessert #running #shorts



single serve banana bread recipe:

* 1 SUPER ripe banana
* 1 large egg
* 3 tbsp almond milk (I did 2 tbsp egg whites + 1 tbsp milk)
* 1 tbsp maple syrup or honey (or add half a scoop vanilla protein powder)
* ½ tsp vanilla
* 1 tablespoon nut butter
* ⅓ cup oat flour (just blend)
* ½ tsp baking powder
* cinnamon
* Sprinkle of salt
* CHOC chips and/or walnuts

Bake at 350F for 18-20 minutes

Garlic honey shrimp
* 1 lbs shrimp peeled and deveined
* 1 tbsp light soy sauce
* 1 tbsp cornstarch
* 2 tbsp vegetable oil
* 3-4 cloves garlic
* 2-3 tbsp honey
* ¼ tsp chilli flakes optional
* Green onions optional

combine shrimp with soy sauce and corn starch, sautee garlic and chili flakes until fragrant, add in shrimp until pink (1-2 mins each side), add honey and toss shrimp to coat
