It's really good – It's better to use lean beef, It's too greasy if not. I added my middle eastern spice blend, it was so good! I lik to use my cast iron, the pita comes out crispy. I made a quick yogurt sauce w/mint, roasted garlic paste & lemon Zest w/a little lemon juice. YUM! I'm single & like it because it's fast & simple!
Made them today and this was one of the easiest and delicious quick meal of the day!!! Thank you. 🎉

Just tried today and kt qas really tasty. But I did finish the cooking in the oven for 15 min to make aure the meat was cooked.
Ummm , I don’t trust that promise. Meat needs to cook to a certain temperature. The pita would be burnt by then.

I only cook things that take 30 minutes. So…if i dont feel like cooking its grab and go.
These on the grill will taste so much better, but still they look absolutely delicious 😋
No way, the meat inside the pita will not cook through! The pita bread will burn or become hard rock before the meat cooks fully.
