Thank you for watching my what is carne asada video. Carne asada is simply grilled meat. When someone ask you to come over for a carne asada, they’re simply inviting you over for a bbq. Carne asadas can include all types of meats like pork, beef, chicken etc. Check out your local meat markets and try their marinated meats. The meats are super tender and are filled with some amazing flavors.
Thanks for watching

Only thing wrong was,I wasn’t there to help you eat it!❤
WEPA joe! The music set this one off for me!
what is in the traditional red marinate?
How would that taste smoked….
the char is carcinogen man!!!
One of the saving graces of my six years in Nebraska was finding a Mexican grocery/thrift store that served great Tacos de Carne Asada at the rear of the store! With Chile Dr Árbol, of course!
Bro! You’re killing me! God, that looks fantastic!
I'm new to your channel! Love it! I'm from El Paso too! Aver cuando hacemos una Carne asada.
“Ranchera”
Looked wonderful Joe! Good stuff!
missing some crucial ingredients on that taco! Whipped up guacamole, pico de gallo, hint of lime, and salt, and your chile de arbol.
On the west coast carne asada is referred to by a specific type of meat. We have Pollo asada as well. We use the skirt meat for carne asade but I get what you're saying about the translation.
These days I don't know what is more satisfying Joe making the food or him eating it. Soothe's the soul to a whole other level.
OOOH Wish I was there! Excellent job my friend!
I was making dinner and thought, "Meat Loaf Sausage"! Have you ever made it? maybe half beef and half pork?
love your work mate.
Great video! Looks delicious, where’s the cerveza? Proper pronunciation is appreciated my guy 👊
Saw your truck sticker on the road today. Great way to promote your channel!
Joe just recently moved back to El Paso, and live not to far from LA Vacas. Great looking carne asada! Going to give LA Vacas a try in the very near future.
* Look'n Gooood!"
Appreciate you! Great video!

Millions+Billions++++$$$$ for you and everyone here.

Hey Joe, how did you make your chili De Arbol sauce?
Wait…I was too distracted by the beef, did we get the marinade recipe?
Dang, I cook all that sous vide and really melt in your mouth… Just have to start the day before but totally worth it…. and leave your teeth at home… 🤣🤣🤣🤣
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️👍🏼👽
Hey Boss love the videos. Question though where did you get the small cast iron pot you used in your double smoked ham video?
¡Órale! That carne asada looks choice, carnal. Having a good local carniceria (meat market) is indispensable.
I don't buy fajita anymore Joe, too expensive. I make abuja now, that's the chuck steak. Have them cut it thinner then what you have. Its alot more tender 😉
Se hizo la carne asada 👍🏽
Great!!!
I'm so jealous watching you eat! The carne asada looks amazing
What's up, buddy arrachera, is skirt steak with lime, and beer steak is run through a machine tenderizer marinating overnight with beer lime juice and your choice of seasoning. One thing I do know is that Texas people call skirt steak fajitas. I went to a store, and I asked for arrachera. they said what that I'm from up north; that's what we do. Thanks. I love the videos
Bravo!!
Great video brother!! We'll be up there in the near future, we'll have to check them out!!
