I like a smaller bottom surface diameter because for me I sometimes want the food in a thicker layer in the vessel. This is the specific application I think sets the saucier apart from skillets, saute pans and sauce pans.
I got a saucier around a month ago after moving out of the dorms to an apartment. It's just been my main pan to use ever since, other than my dutch oven. It's from Made-In and I think that it's excellent.
What is the main purpose of this vs another vessel? And what brand is preferred?
And where can I buy it? 😂

thank you! good to know. what is the best brand for sauce pan?
I agree 👍💯. I'm 62 year old lady and I have been cooking for a long time 😅😅.
Noted. That’s what I have. Super love my pots!

That saucier didn't look that flared. Love sauciers though. I've had the same All-Clad for 20 years and it's become the main pot for most things.
Obviously this is the pregnant blondes younger wouldn't sister
Shout out to ATK. Because of an episode we watched seven years ago, our children love Brussel sprouts.
