    • ⅔ cup sweetened condensed milk (160ml)

    • pinch of saffron

    • pinch of salt

    • 1 cup heavy cream 240ml

    • 2-3 tablespoon powdered sugar

    • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract

    • crushed pistachios
