  1. Who says feta is not nibbling cheese? I slice off some from a block and eat it on its own all the time. Sometimes with a drizzle of olive oil on top and in the summer I stick a slab on top of a cucumber slice when I want a snack – heaven! Real block feta cheese in the brine people! It's the ONLY way to go.

  2. I've only bought imported feta like Dodoni (at Costcos) or Epiros(Greek ethnic stores). The only time I have had American feta is at restaurants and it is horrendous, if you are basing the taste of Feta on American knockoffs, you have no idea how different real feta taste is.

  3. Athenos isn't $4 for 4 oz anymore. Hasn't been for a long time. I've seen it as high as $9.99 for 4 oz at local grocery stores. I'm in a major city on I-70 so it's not like there are shipping logistics jacking up the price.
