  1. Unfortunately they didn't test the best ice cream of all which is a company called Straus family Creamery which uses minimal ingredients without any preservatives, no artificial flavors, no food coloring, no fillers, & gluten free, imagine Haagen-Dazs if it was all organic. Strous'es organic vanilla bean consist of all organic cream, milk, sugar, egg yolks, and real vanilla bean specs. The organic premium ingredients gives you a taste that's an upgrade from Haagen-Dazs that you can notice. They don't have a lot of flavors ,13, although the ones they have are amazing. I haven't found a better coffee ice cream!

  2. Turkey Hill makes my favorite store bought ice cream of all time. I love it so much I can't even remember the name 'cause when I bring it home I inhale the carton very quickly – so I've not bought any in a while. It was a Covid discovery.. It's something like Double Dark Chocolate Espresso. The name says it all. Sprinkle some toasted slivered almonds on top and the result is just sinful.

  3. Nestle and it’s partners destroyed haagen dazs and Dreyers/Edys. As soon as they bought them, they reduced the butterfat content while maintaining the premium price. Dreyers vanilla used to be 16% but nestle reduced it to a cheap 10%. Shameful!

  4. Hey man I’ve tried almost all of these brands and blue bell is the best but the absolute best grocery store vanilla is Aldi super premium vanilla (black carton). And it’s way cheaper than most comparable brands. Do yourself a favor and try it. I got fed up with lack of taste so I started buying different brands after the blue bell issues a few yrs ago. Tried Costco trader joe Häagen-Dazs is ridiculously expensive and after trying just about every brand I decided to give the Aldi super premium brand a chance. As soon as I tasted it it was exactly what I envisioned a great vanilla tasted like. Heavy fat creamy sweet buttery flavor with great aftertaste also. And you really taste the vanilla (French).
