  1. Any advice on how to get frozen stock out of a frozen muffin tin? Besides having it upside down on a towel and waiting for it to partially thaw.

    Already thought of a hair dryer but the owner of the hairdryer may not appreciate the new use for it.

  2. No mention of canning stocks and using that for long term storage? The freezer should not be for storage; it should be used for short term transition of foods from purchase to utilization, not for keeping things for months.

  3. Good stuff, but for me, to make things easy, I simply freeze all my stock in ice cube trays and then store the frozen cubes in ziplock bags. Easy to use just as many cubes as needed and I always know when I need to make more by looking at only one container. Just my 2 cents…
