This is patently false, in Spain you get both dried and fresh chorizo. Period.

Colombia has their own version of chorizo. Tastes different from either of those but tastes just as delicious.

i am German but even i know that Chrorizo does not go into a Paella!!! And there is a good reason for it, because Chorizo is usually just fat and spices, totally garbage.
