When I’m cooking pork chop over cabbage rings, my house is full of guests!
Ingredients:
pork chop – 800 g (28.2 oz)
salt – 15 g (½ oz)
black pepper – 8 g (0.29 oz)
for the saute:
oil – 15 ml (1 tbsp)
onion – 150 g (5.3 oz)
mushrooms – 350 g (12.35 oz)
salt – 5 g (0.18 oz)
black pepper – 5 g (0.18 oz)
Cook over medium fire for 15 min
cabbage – 600 g (21.16 oz)
paprika – 10 g (0.35 oz)
oil – 15 ml (1 tbsp)
salt – 10 g (0.35 oz)
pressed cheese – 150 g (5.3 oz)
Tray size 25 x 35 cm (10 x 14 in)
IN THE OVEN 180 °C (356 °F)/35 minutes
