Ingredients and method
Take a wok add 1 medium size sliced onion. Green chillies 6(thick ) as they are less spicy if you take thin ones they are more spicy. Water 1 cup , cook on high flame when hot cover and cook on medium flame gor for 5 to 7 minutes.
Then cool at room temperature and blend to make paste.
Take the same wok add oil 3/4th cup.
Chicken Boneless 500grams and salt 1 tsp ,cook till colour changes. Garlic paste 1 tsp. Saute. Add onion chillies paste, cook till onion raw taste gone, or for 3 to 5 minutes. Add yogurt 1 cup ,cook till its water dry on medium high flame. Remove extra oil. Add spices ,white pepper powder 1 tsp, coriander crushed 1 tsp,Cumin crushed 1 tsp ,black pepper powder 1 tsp, all spice powder/garam masala 1/2 tsp. Mix and cover for 5 minutes.
Add lemons juice 1 tsp. Garnish with ginger and green chillies. ENJOY……….
