Have dinner ready in 15 minutes with this quick, simple, delicious home style creamy white sauce chicken pasta.

Ingredients Required:
2 Cups Penne Pasta
Peppers & Sweet Corn (As much or as little as you like)
300 Gram Chicken Breast
4 TBSP Oil (1 TBSP is to use for when boiling the Pasta)
2 Garlic Cloves Chopped
2 TBSP Butter
2 Chicken Cube Stock
3 Cups Milk
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Black Pepper
1/2 tsp Chilli Flakes
1/2 tsp Paprika
3 tsp Plain flour

Method:
1. Start of by boiling the penne pasta by adding 1 TBSP oil to water and cooking until 80% done
2. Whilst the pasta is boiling get your veggies ready. Chop the garlic finely, cut the peppers and place with the sweet corn for later.
3. Cut the chicken into small pieces.
4. In a pan add 3 TBSP oil and add the finely chopped garlic until golden brown.
5. Add in the 2 TBSP butter until fully melted.
6. Add the 300 grams of cut chicken into the butter until cooked.
7. Pour in the chicken stock.
8. Keep stirring and mix everything in together.
9. Pour in the milk and add 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp black pepper, 1/2 tsp chilli flakes, 1/2 tsp paprika and keep mixing until boiling.
10. Add the 3 tsp plain flour and keep whisking until mixed in.
11) Time to put in the peppers and sweet corn in.
12) Add the pasta back in and cook over a low heat until the pasta is done. The sauce should stick to the pasta.
13) Your ready to serve.
