Try this Rich Creamy, Cheesy Delicious White Sauce Pasta.

INGREDIENTS:

FOR BOILING PASTA:
1 Cup Farfalle Pasta [Or any Pasta]
5 Cups Water to Boil
Salt to Taste

FOR WHITE SAUCE:
2 Tbsp Butter
1½ Tbsp Maida
2 Cup Milk

FOR THE MAIN DISH:
1 Tbsp Butter
1 Cup Green Capsicum
1 Cup Red Capsicum
1 Cup Sweet Corn
1½ tsp Crushed Pepper
3 Tbsp Grated Cheese
½ tsp Red Chilli Flakes
½ tsp Oregano
Salt as required

METHOD:

COOKING PASTA:
In Large Vessel Add Water & Boil it
Add Pasta & Salt
Cook the Pasta for 15 minutes
Drain the Pasta & Keep aside

WHITE SAUCE FOR PASTA:
In a Pan, Heat Butter
Take 1½ Tbsp Maida, 1 Tbsp Water and make into a paste
Pour the Maida Paste over the Butter & Saute
Further Add 2 Cups of Milk and Whisk without any lumps
Whisk Until its Semi Solid.

FOR THE MAIN DISH – WHITE SAUCE PASTA:
In a Pan, Heat 1 Tbsp Butter
Add Green Capsicum, Red Capsicum, Sweet Corn
Saute and Keep aside.
Now Add the Cooked Vegetables & Pepper to the White Sauce & Saute
Add in Cooked Pasta, Salt as required & Stir Well
Now Add the Grated Cheese
Cook Until the Sauce Turns Slightly Thick
Add Chilli Flakes, Oregano and Mix
Serve The White Sauce Pasta Hot!
