Ingredients: –
• 1 cup pasta (پاستا)
• 1 cup milk (دودھ)
• 1 tbsp chopped garlic (لہسن)
• 2 tbsp chopped carrot (گاجر)
• 2 tbsp capsicum (شملہ مرچ)
• 2 tbsp all-purpose flour (میدہ)
• 1 tbsp butter (مکھن)
• 2 tbsp boiled corn (ابلی ہوئی مکئی)
• ½ tsp salt (نمک)
• 1 tsp red chili flakes (کٹی لال مرچ)
• 1 tsp black pepper powder (کالی مرچ پاوڈر)
Recipe: –
1. Boil water in a pan. Then add 1 tsp salt, 1 tbsp oil and pasta.
2. Let pasta boil for 6-7 minutes. Then strain the pasta and transfer it to a bowl, add 1 tsp oil and mix it well.
3. Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan. Then add garlic and fry until soft.
4. Add carrot, capsicum, and corn. Fry until they are soft. And then set these aside.
5. In the same pan add 1 tbsp butter and garlic. Fry until the garlic is soft.
6. Then add all-purpose flour, mix it, and cook for some time.
7. Gradually add milk while continuously whisking the mixture. Add spices and mix it well.
8. Add fried vegetables and mix them. Then add boiled pasta and mix it well.
9. Delicious White Sauce Pasta is ready to be served.
