Those look great. I've been making pulled pork, cheddar cheese, and jalapeno eggrolls for a while. I prefer to use Lumpia wrappers for them. It's a thinner and crispier wrapper.
I looked through the Patreon videos hoping that you had some really awesome cooking videos there where you go into more detail much like that of an online cooking class like the in-person class offered by LeRoy and Lewis. I'm sad to say that I didn't find anything there worth subscribing to.

That salt shaken off after smoking the pork. That was a lot. Is it no good as a smoked salt?
We had leftover prime rib so I did steak n cheese egg rolls with chipotle ranch. Then I did some with sausage pepper and onion ones and dipped those in mustard.
So are you just heating up that trivet and then using the residual heat to make that sauce? What are you heating it on? If you already have a video about it, I mustve overlooked it!
