Ideas for the kitchen following the savoury muffins; Reverse the savoury and sugary on its head. Like make those savoury muffins, chocolate dessert pasta , savoury cookies, you get the picture.
You could easily make savory muffins with stove top stuffing.
I make Stuffins every Thanksgiving — muffins made out of stuffing. They ROCK. I get requests for the recipe EVERY TIME.
Australian here – 30 years ago, I was the barista in a very popular Sydney cafe. We baked & served savoury – eg cheese & bacon – muffins most days, as well as sweet. The savoury were as popular as the sweet.
Angelica Kitchen — a legendary vegan restaurant in the east village of NYC that closed about 10 years ago — always offered both a savory and sweet muffin on their daily specials menu. The savory muffins were great!
I have to say I am a big fan of this new podcast! I mean, who is picking these guests? Such a bizarre mix of people, I love it! Also, you guys talk about the test kitchen so much, I would LOVE to see a tour of the whole facility. It sounds like an amazing place.
