Why, Why, WHY… Do people always have to have a dressing/vinegret on a salad or bowl of vegetables??? Personally, I don't like dressings or vinegar. Besides, I want to taste the actual vegetables… Personally.
When I lived in Italy I ate the most delicious celery and mushroom salad I have ever had! I ate it often and I make it now. 🙂
