Annoying music
Best cheese combo : German 'butter kase' slices and cheddar Kraft slices.
….the butter cheese melts so gooey, with the cheddar for flavor.
Aldi sometimes carries the German butter cheese.
Colby, specifically longhorn.
I toss a gald dang pinch of pipe tobacco in some clarified butter and use that to fry the SOB. You won’t regret it. Just use cherry pipe tobacco.
proud american cheese, please
Are their any cheeses that do not have yeast in them.
I totally avoid American Cheese at all costs. To me it seems that even the name is a manufactured bit of fakery. The stuff doesn't seem to be real cheese at all! And I don't like the taste or the mouth feel. I'll grill cheddar, I'll grill Swiss. If I have it on hand I might grill brie or any other slice able cheese. But you'll never see me grilling or choosing American for anything.
My go-to is a slice of muenster, a slice of american and a slice of colby-jack. Make sure the american is in the middle, since it melts the easiest.
My favorite grilled cheese is French bread with Swiss cheese. I love the stretchiness of the cheese. And yes, butter, not Mayo.
American Cheese has a terrible reputation in our sophisticated bubble. I’ve always thought that it was not a milk product therefore not a cheese. Is that true ?where did that reputation come from?
That nacho thing may be the funniest thing I’ve ever heard.
are we talking i cant believe its not butter or non salted butter sticks
Music is very distracting
Me: tries to melt halloumi
Also me: these bastards lied to me
American processed cheese has a lot in it's favor
meltability and texture
I Add some more flavorsome blue taste nuggets in when I'm cooking
But it's a kaleidoscope Taste is personal, some go too's are iconic
I love Dan’s series; however, why do you add intrusive music under Dan’s near whispering voice? It fights what he says. Am I the only one who finds it annoying? His deadpan delivery is a total delight, but really, why are you distracting what he says with intrusive music?
I away use butter on the outside of my sandwich, but I put mayonnaise on the inside .it is very creamy. Taste great!
I would watch it if there is no annoying music when he talks
Tillamook sharp cheddar on sourdough is how I eat grilled cheese. If I'm feeling really fancy, I will add some Cotswold cheese. I cook it slow, and put a lid over the pan to keep in the heat and melt the cheese.
