Better yet, go gas. I grew up on electric my whole childhood and hated how long stuff took to cook. I got to culinary school and started using gas, and it changed my life forever
I need to check that out. I find new appliances do cut off when the pan get hot. Same for the new electric stoves. You be cooking or baking, in the middle the stove cut off. This is not good when pressed for time or in the middle of cooking. She is 💯 percent correct.👍 Thank you, people need to see and know this. Old School is best. I plan to get some of these.👍. Love, respect and positivity always. Vee J.✌️🖖🕯️✨💕🙂🌻👋.
G.E, OTHERS ALSO MAKE THE SAME TYPE OLD SCHOOL BURNERS' LIKE IMUSA, TOO. WE HAVE 5 IMUSA', CALLED PORTABLE ELECTRIC STOVES. AT 12 DOLLARS! WORKS GREAT! 1100. WATTS!
SHE LOW-KEY SHOWS US HOW EVEN THE ONE SHE'S PROMOTING DOESN'T ACTUALLY BOIL WATER EITHER, IT BASICALLY ONLY CREATES A FEW BUBBLES AROUND THE TEMP PROBE.
I just got my cardio workout for today, thanks to whoever edited this video. They showed a bunch of quick shots of pots of hot water on burners, thermometers reading 200 degrees, and then Lisa laying her hand flat on that coil. I expected to hear it sizzle.
A lot of old school things are way better. I had a toaster from the 1960s, or more likely the late 50s, that I grew up with. It toasted evenly over the WHOLE slice and on the FIRST toasting. It finally burned out in the late 90s. I wish I had just gotten it fixed. I can't find a toaster that works properly. 😡 I guess I'd have to spend $100 (or more) for one that works. 😒 Just to toast a slice of bread.
I've had 2 of those and they both had electrical problems. 1 set the cord on fire and the other the knob flamed up. Bought them because they were cheap. Now You Know.
I think now that gas stoves are less desirable and people are living in smaller spaces, a great electric burner is a find.
How much po ma'am?

And that, my friends is the typical result when allowing the govt to "keep you safe".
What about butane/propane burners, for those of us who aspire to more than electric?
I'm gonna stick to gas…Let's Go Brandon 🇺🇸!
Yes! It’s the same with radiant control toasters I hope you do a video on them
I can’t stand electric stove tops. Had one when I was a kid and now renting. Gas will always be the best to me.
👍🧑🍳🧑🍳
Next up, the best buggy whip! Cook with gas or not at all!

Now do induction burners!
Love ❤️ your shirt!
"This is the best electric burner. It was the only one that was actually able to boil water".
I have that Imusa burner, and it's a piece of crap. Those other ones must be really, really bad.
I really like the t-shirt.

GREAT tshirt 👌
Gas is king
Electric burners are garbage.
Is it common to have these tabletop stoves in USA? I have only seen these at construction site huts.

So here's what I want to see: a comparison of the favorite electric, propane, and induction burners, comparing the pros and cons of each.
"Old School" stuff is the real deal.
Thank you!
Need these for hurricane season! Last year the grate on our camp stove melted! 😱
Salting the water does lower boiling temperature.

Isn’t a burner that can’t boil water just a warmer?

It’s more expensive to buy but induction is most like gas for responsiveness. It’s also very efficient. It does need compatible cookware though.
We use this burner for shisha coal
Yeah what good is a burner if it can’t boil water?
👍👍👍👍👍
