I like and agree with everything except the oyster sauce lol. But I'm not Chinese lol and I don't like seafood sooooo….. ima keep that out of my Pepper Steak. You can add some sesame oil or hot chilli oil after it's done cooking to get that woody or spicy flavor just how you like it! P.S. Always go heavy on the white pepper! It's called pepper steak for a reason lol.
