if i use instant yeast for a recipe that calls for active dry yeast, do i still have to add the same amount of water i would've used to bloom the active dry?

Thank you soooo much for this. As a newer bread baker I could not figure out why this happens. For me I am pretty sure it’s an inconsistent oven. And yes I started not caring cause the bread was just so darn yummy!
