  1. Howdy Al. So this goes a few years back. I was happy to see the results with the wild boar. Hunting wild Boar in the fall in Italy has been on my bucket list for a few years now. Plus i love visiting Italy so once i get my current situation taken care of it's off to Italy for a couple of weeks. Great video even though it was a long time ago.

  2. I never tried american wild boar. But in Indonesia wild boar sold mostly hunted from palm plantation. The basic meat taste horribly gamey, when boiled, the aroma spread thru everywhere. Texture wise very hard tough, no fat marbling at all. To prepare it, need lots of seasoning, herbs, etc to eliminate the gameyness. Im curious to taste western wild boar.
