  1. OMG I just made this and it came out perfect (first try). I had no bread flour in the house so I used AP flour and this is the best loaf of bread I have ever made with just AP flour. Nice chewiness on the inside, crispy, rustic crunchy crust. If only we could post pictures here I'd show you!

  2. well – i coulldnt wait any longer – oh boy – this is now my go to bread – will only use the bread machine for something that needs kneading but i suspect it is going to gather dust – this bread is so gooooooooood – soft with just enough crunch in the crust – as i said – my go to bread forever – thank you

  3. have just made this bread – cant wait for it to cool so i can try it – have tried and tried a bread machine but all it is capable of is giving me building bricks – so cant wait – hope its as good as all the comments say

  4. Let it cool down longer than 10 mins if you don’t like gummy bread. 30-60 mins should do if you want a more light fluffy texture. But if you’re like me and want chewy fresh warm bread with soft butter thennnn by all means wait like 10 mins 😂

  5. Great recipe. I was looking for a quicker bread than my usual sourdough and this one is light and soft. The 2nd time I made it I added 1 cup of active sourdough starter and it turned out even better.
