Would You Eat This? Crispy Fried Fish Recipe with Special Marinade!😋

Clean the Fish:
Ingredients:
1½ kg fish
4 tbsp vinegar
1 tsp salt

Instructions:
1- Mix vinegar and salt with the fish.
2- Let it sit for 15 minutes.
3- Rinse thoroughly with water.

Marinate the Fish:
Ingredients:
1½ tsp ajwain (carom seeds)
2 tsp cumin seeds (zeera)
½ tsp turmeric powder (haldi)
1 tsp red chili powder (laal mirch)
1½ tsp chaat masala
2 tsp coriander seeds (crushed)
1 tsp chili flakes (kuti hui laal mirch)
2 tsp garlic powder (lehsan powder)
½ tsp salt (namak)
Juice of 4 lemons
6 tsp gram flour (besan)
2 tbsp cornflour
1 egg
Oil (for frying)

Instructions:
1- Mix spices, lemon juice, gram flour, and egg into a smooth marinade. Coat the fish, cover, and refrigerate for 4 hours or overnight.
2- Heat oil and fry the fish until golden and crispy. Serve hot with sauce or chutney.
