  1. Long long ago, Pizza Hut had a Pulled pork Hawaiian style pizza. The sauce was almost too sweet. I'd like to see you make a pulled pork Hawaiian style with the pineapple, red onions, and a mildly sweet sauce.

  2. Dave with the save! I have an Ooni wood fired pizza oven which is about the same size as yours. I bought an 8" pizza peel just to spin the pizzas around when they're cooking, and it's a world of difference. – A lot easier to maneuver in a small oven than the big peel.

  3. I'm probably an odd duck, but I will grab a Hawaiian pizza if I see it on a buffet, but then pick off the pineapple chunks, because I like the sweetness the pineapple adds, but I don't want the whole piece of pineapple. I don't make them at home, since it seems like a waste to throw away that much pineapple chunks.

  4. Looks amazing. Love how all the steps are shown. If either of you are interested, there is a really great video about the "Pizza Wars" on the series The Food That Build America, season 2, episode 1. It's about Pizza Hut and Domino's. How they started and competed. Worth the watch.
