You Can Make This Delicious Barfi With 1 Cup Suji | Semolina Sweets Recipe | Suji Katli Recipe
INGREDIENTS & PROCESS:
1/3 Cup Ghee
1 Cup Suji/Semolina
Roast In Low Heat
Roast For 5 Min.
¼ Cup Milk
Cook For 2 Min.
Keep Aside
½ Cup Sugar
1 Cup Water
Let It Boil
½ Tspn Cardamom Powder
Cook For 2-3 Min.
Cook Until Thick Consistency
Fried Suji
Keep Stirring
Cook For 5-6 Min.
Cook Until Separate from the Pan
Grease Oil in a Plate
Spread Evenly
Pichtachio On Top
Cool Down & Set For 1 Hour
