As you're asking, yes i have except i used pork belly slices in a pan. Season, Colour, then a splash of beer to render the fat. Hoisin sauce, hot sauce, fish sauce, soy sauce. No seasoning in the noodles, drain, splash of sesame oil then put the pork belly on top with the sauce. Time: 10 minutes.
I look for Danos everytime I go to Kroger/Ruler so far no luck 😥

If you have an Asian market close by, check and see if they carry fresh alkaline noodles. Ramen noodles are okay but nothing beats fresh.
