This is one of my comfort food in Indonesia, but I usually put more chili pepper because I love spicy foods. Sometimes my mom use this for dumplings too, or put this on the top of warm noodle with chicken broth (we usually called this mie ayam) and mix it together with pokchoy. So delicious.

I ate fried beaf rice in the restaurant I didn’t even manage to finish it, the tast was really different from my country’s 😅
