3 1/2 cups Bread Flour or all-purpose flour
4 Tbsp unsalted butter
1 1/2 tsp fine sea salt
2 1/4 tsp instant yeast
3 Tbsp honey or granulated sugar
3/4 cup warm milk
1/2 cup warm water

Oat & Multi-Seed Sandwich Bread
3 1/4 cups bread flour or all-purpose flour
1/2 cup rolled oats
3 Tbsp unsalted butter
1 1/2 tsp salt
2 Tbsp honey or brown sugar
2 1/4 tsp instant yeast
1 1/4 cups whole milk
1/4 cup sunflower seeds
1/4 cup pumpkin seeds
1 Tbsp sesame seeds
