  1. Yeah I look to Julia now for such fantastic recipes .. so relaxing.. real – real 😊
And I think this music in the background has made it like a sponsored commercial or something. It's not as cravable or warming, can't explain it.

  2. "Get this recipe for free… ," What a crock. Yes, you can get it "free" by subscribing to a 2-Week "Free" Trial at which time a credit card is required. Without going into it any further, I'm sure there is probably a mechanism for opting out after the trial period, but they are betting that most people will just let it ride. BAIT AND SWITCH! BEWARE!

  3. So now I’m confused. I just watched a video by the NYT on roasting chicken and the gal said to take out at 150 because the chicken will continue to cook out of the oven. Here, Julia tested right out of the oven and got 160.

  4. Hmm… I am skeptical about this being suitable for a weeknight. I marveled at the number of dirty pots and pans and other equipment that it needs. I think that it would overwhelm an average sized kitchen with dirty items to wash, and require more time than people usually have during the week. However, the meal looks delicious.
