Yummy Butter Garlic Chicken Recipe

Ingredients:
Chicken: 400g, cut into cubes
Salt: ¾ tsp
Garlic Paste: 1 tsp
Ginger Paste: 1 tsp
Cornflour/Cornstarch: 1½ tbsp (plus 1 tsp for slurry)
Pepper: 1 tsp (plus ½ tsp for later)
Cooking Oil: Enough for frying + 1½ tbsp
Butter: 1 tbsp
Garlic: 1½ tbsp, chopped
Green Chili: 1, chopped
Bell Pepper: 1, cut into cubes
Soy Sauce: 1½ tsp
Sugar: A pinch
Lime Juice: A squeeze
Instructions:
Prepare the Chicken:

In a bowl, combine chicken cubes, ¾ tsp salt, 1 tsp each of garlic paste and ginger paste, 1½ tbsp cornflour, 1 tsp pepper, and 1½ tbsp cooking oil. Mix well to coat the chicken evenly.
Fry the Chicken:

Heat a sufficient amount of oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the chicken pieces and fry for 7-8 minutes until golden brown and cooked through. Try not to move the chicken too much to get those nice brown marks.
Transfer the chicken to a plate and set aside.
Cook the Vegetables:

In the same pan, reduce the oil if necessary, and melt 1 tbsp of butter. Add 1½ tbsp chopped garlic, chopped green chili, and the cubed bell pepper. Sprinkle with ¼ tsp of salt.
Sauté until the garlic turns slightly brownish.
Make the Sauce:

Add 1½ tsp of soy sauce to the pan and stir well.
Mix 1 tsp of cornstarch with ¼ cup of water to create a slurry. Pour this into the pan and cook for 30-40 seconds until the sauce thickens slightly.
Combine and Serve:

Add the fried chicken back into the pan. Sprinkle with ½ tsp of pepper, a pinch of sugar, and a squeeze of lime juice.
Mix everything well to ensure the chicken is well coated with the sauce.
Cook for an additional minute to allow the flavors to meld together.
