Ingredients:
2 cups macaroni
1 ½ tbsp cooking oil
1 tbsp butter
4 garlic cloves
½ tsp cumin
1 bay leaf
1 medium onions
500 gm ground chicken
¾ tsp salt
½ tsp turmeric
¼ tsp red chili
½ tsp coriander
½ tsp garam masala
1 tbsp tomato paste
3 tbsp water
1 tomato
1 tsp oregano
½ tsp chili flakes
2 tbsp fresh coriander
Instructions:
1. Cook pasta until al dente
2. Add cooking oil, butter and chopped garlic in pan
3. Stir in cumin, bay leaf, and sliced onions
4. Add ground chicken, salt, turmeric, red chili, coriander, and garam masala
5. Mix in tomato paste, chopped tomato, splash of water, and macaroni
6. Garnish with oregano, chili flakes, and fresh coriander
7. Ready to enjoy!
