Hi guys,
I got this product.
Can you please send me a link to best way to cleaning it after use? Thanks.
I've just shelled out $4500 for mine and am so far underwhelmed. I've a 4 burner joined to a 2 burner. The 4 burner is very hard to light, difficult to heat up and doesn't get my cast iron smoker box hot enough to smoke on either the cast iron or crystal burners. Plus there is ZERO YouTube content on the ZBs unless you are talking portable.
Bought the BBQ for the RQT. Unfortunately, the quality of the product is not that great. My stainless grill racks defy science, they have rusted. The carcass of the cabinetry is beginning to show signs of rust, and as for juices vapourising when hitting the Quartz Crystal Domes, well that is just folly. It has the potential to be an awesome BBQ, unfortunately, the finish and materials used are not as good as what they tell you in the shop. For the price paid, it is actually very disappointing. It does cook a great steak without the flare ups though.
Over priced, cheaply made, doesn’t last long, I have a Weber genesis 2 now and for 2 years and it looks like I just bought it, it’a built to last forever and it’s cheaper then this crap
