👩🏻🍳 ZUCCHINI BREAD
2 cups grated zucchini, about 2 small zucchini
½ teaspoon salt
1 ½ cup flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
½ teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon cinnamon
½ cup oil
½ cup white sugar
½ cup brown sugar
2 eggs
½ tablespoon vanilla
½ cup chopped walnuts
Bake at 350F or 177C for 50 minutes. Cover with foil and bake an additional 10 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
