東欧とかでクリスマスやイースターなどによく使われるローラーです。日本ではあまり見られない、販路も少ない料理器具ですが、ネットとかなら専門店もあるので覗いてみてください。
クッキーローラーのキュートな模様が好きな方は同じく東欧ベルギーのクリスマスで使われるスペキュロス型もお好きかも
