    A quick recipe
    Chicken –
    🍝To a mixer add
    1/2 cup boneless chicken (200 grams)
    1 tsp ginger garlic paste
    1 tbsp chilli powder
    1/4 tbsp Garam masala
    Salt and pulse for 5/6 seconds
    🍝Add 2 tbsp oil to a pan and the chicken, cook for 5 min.
    🍝Add 1/4 cup chopped carrot, 1/4 cup boiled sweet corn, 1/4 cup capsicum and cook for 3-4 min.

    Pasta
    🍝To a sauce pan add 4 cup water, 1 tbsp oil, salt.
    🍝Once it starts to boil add 2 cup pasta and cook until it turns soft.

    🍝To a sauce pan add 2 cup water, 2 tomato and boil for 5 min.
    🍝Peel the skin and make a smooth paste.
    🍝To a pan add 2 tbsp butter, 2 tbsp chopped garlic, 1/4 cup chopped onion and cook for 2 min.
    🍝Add the prepared tomato puree and cook for 5 min.
    🍝Now add 3 tbsp tomato ketchup, 1 tbsp oregano, 1 tbsp red chilli powder, 1 tbsp sugar, salt and cook for 5 min.
    🍝Now add prepared chicken and cook for 2 min.
    🍝Now add cooked pasta, 1/2 cup pasta water cover and cook for 5 min.
    🍝Add 1/4 cup fresh cream and grated cheese and turn off the flame.
    🍝Serve it hot.
