Не їм свирину
можі пізніше цибульку додавати?! якщо сильніше обсмажити свинину, більше витопиться жиру, підрумʼяниться мʼясце, а вже потім додаємо спеціі і підливаємо водички?!
бо на вигляд мʼясо здається вареним, а не тушеним! Воно залишиться соковитим, але матиме не жирну структуру і привабливішим на вид. я ще додаю трішки гірчиці, для пікантності смаку!
