У нас в Калмыкии шулюн называют. Но готовят немного по другому
Это чисто Таджикский народный мужской шурпа называется срой шурпа по нашему хом шурбо
Люди это шулюм, такое народное название мясного блюда! Варят его на костре из того что есть! Главный ингредиент это мясо! Когда отдыхаем на природе, всегда варим и называем его шулюм!
