Інгредієнти:
✨ Рибка за вашим смаком (у мене філе телапії);
✨ Твердий сир;
✨ Кріп за смаком;
✨ Спеції до риби або інші на ваш смак;
✨ Оливкова олія
1️⃣ Паніровка. Натерти сир на мілку терку або взяти вже готовий натертий в магазині. Нарізати мілко кріп, змішати з сиром та додати улюблені спеції.
2️⃣ Рибку змастити олією. Обваляти рибку в паніровці з обох сторін. Випікати в заздалегідь розігрітій до 180°С духовці приблизно 20-30 хв, орієнтуйтесь на свою духовку.
