И как при жарке на углях поймать 62 градуса внутри мяса?)
К говядине подходит гранатовый густой соус при маринаде, они прям дружат, а вот к свинине нет
Раньше любил говяжью вырезку ) сейчас толстый и тонкий край , и реально шашлыки из говядины просто бомба
