【材料】 A: ☆唐辛子 1本 ※種を外しちぎり入れる ☆にんにく 2〜3cm ☆オリーブ油 大さじ1 豚こま 80〜120g 塩 1つまみ B: ★水 350cc ★コンソメ 小さじ1 ★塩 1、2つまみ パスタ 1束 【作り方】 1️⃣Aをごくごく弱火で香りを出して、豚こまを切りながら入れ、お塩を振り火が通るまでガガッと炒め、一度取り出す。 2️⃣Bを煮立たせパスタを入れ、弱めの中火くらいの火加減で、煮詰めながら茹でる。 ※表記時間付近で、水が余りすぎていたり、足りなかった場合は、火を強くしたり水を足して調整する。 3️⃣お肉を戻してササッと合わせたら、完成! #簡単レシピ #ズボラ飯 #ワンパンパスタ #節約レシピ source
