Recipe –
Take 1/2 cup Makhana & dry roast it
In a mixer jar, make it into powder
Into that add, 1 chopped apple
Add soaked 4-5 almonds & 1-2 walnuts (soaked overnight)
Add 3-4 soaked dates
Add 1 tsp cocoa powder (this is to get chocolate flavour, you may skip it)
Add 1/4 to 1/2 cup milk
Churn everything together in the mixer and make smoothie
Now add 2 tsp soaked chia seeds (soaked for 30 minutes)
Enjoy this smoothie as a breakfast or a replacement meal during the day
